Eligible participants

Content categories

• Speech, short film, memoir, poetry recitation, spoken word performance.
• Photo story, collection of photographs, documentary clip.
• Animation, motion graphics, graffiti, photographs.
• Creative audiovisual storytelling and other original creative content.

1. Open the direct Content Creation registration link.
2. Complete registration with accurate personal, institutional and contact information and pay ৳199.
3. Choose the content category and prepare the work according to the official theme, format, duration, language and caption requirements.
4. Submit the final file or accessible link with creator credits, consent, source notes and a short description through the official channel.
5. Retain confirmation and respond promptly if the review team requests a higher-resolution file, clarification or source file.

• Submissions must be relevant to the official competition theme and clearly connected with the July Uprising and its significance.
• Content must be original and created by the participant or team.
• Video submissions must include clear audio narration, dialogue, voice-over or sound design.
• Copyrighted music, photographs, footage, graphics or other materials may not be used without legal permission.
• Participants may appear on camera, use actors or volunteers, use voice-over narration, and combine live-action with digital content.
• AI-generated or AI-assisted content is permitted only with clear disclosure of the tools used.
• Final edited versions must be submitted; organisers will not provide editing, post-production or technical correction.

15 July 2026, 11:59 PM (BST); late submissions will not be accepted.

• Registration and submission are essential; incomplete entries may be rejected.
• Previously published work may be accepted only if the category permits it and prior publication is disclosed.
• Watermarks, commercial advertising, hate speech, bullying, harassment, racism, religious provocation, defamation, obscenity, personal attacks, violent extremism, degrading material and misleading manipulation are prohibited.
• Creators must retain source files and provide them if shortlisted.
• NDF may display selected content for non-commercial event, archival and educational purposes with proper credit under the stated consent.
• The organizing authority reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with the guidelines.

• Selected contents may be published on official NDF platforms and promoted through social media campaigns.
• Shortlisted entries may be featured during the July Exhibition, cultural programme and selected audio-visual corners.
• Top entries may be screened during the 36th July Celebration and included in official campaign activities.
• Media use, credit and consent will follow the terms stated during registration and submission.

All Top 10 finalists will receive an official certificate, event recognition and public acknowledgement during the Award Ceremony.

• Technical assistance for upload problems will be available through the official contact channel.
• Shortlisted creators must provide higher-resolution files or source files if requested.
• Final categories, technical specifications, deadlines, judging panel, prize values and showcase selection are subject to approval by the Content Committee.
• Submission does not guarantee publication, screening or award selection.
