General Member

৳500 + regular dues

Physicians apply for membership using the prescribed form.
The membership fee must be submitted with the application.
Membership is granted once approved by the Central Executive Council.
Regular dues must be paid after becoming a member.

Life Member

One-time ৳3,000

Any member committed to the organization’s responsibilities may apply for lifetime membership with a one-time fee of ৳3,000 on the prescribed form.
Lifetime membership is granted once approved by the Central Executive Council.
Regular dues continue after becoming a lifetime member.

Associate Member

Prescribed dues

Nurses, medical assistants, paramedics, technologists and other healthcare workers may apply on the prescribed form.
They may become associate members on payment of the prescribed dues, subject to approval by the Central Executive Council.

How to become a member

1Complete the application form with your personal, professional and contact details, and upload a recent photo.
2Choose your membership type — General Member (৳500) or Life Member (৳3,000).
3Pay the membership fee via bKash (Send Money) or bank transfer.
4Submit the Transaction ID and a screenshot/picture of the payment slip.
5The Central Executive Council reviews and approves your membership.

Suspension & cancellation

The Central Executive Council may suspend or cancel any member’s membership for acts against the interest and discipline of the organization (including moral lapse or financial impropriety).
Membership is automatically suspended or cancelled upon resignation, inability to perform duties, permanent emigration, or death.
Failure to pay dues for three months or more results in suspension; failure to clear all arrears within three months of notice results in cancellation.
A membership suspended or cancelled for arrears may be reinstated by the Central Executive Council upon application with full payment of the outstanding dues.
