Membership & eligibility
Membership is intended for qualified medical professionals and applicants who meet NDF's criteria. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Fees & payments
Membership and certain events may require fees, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable once a membership or registration is activated. Membership activation may depend on verification or approval by NDF.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the platform, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using member data for unsolicited marketing.
Events & certificates
Event registration is subject to capacity and any stated conditions. Certificates and CME credits are issued based on confirmed attendance and are for the named participant only.
Elections
Where NDF runs elections, eligibility and voting rules are defined for each election. Each eligible member may vote once per election. Attempts to vote more than once or to interfere with an election are prohibited.
Content & intellectual property
Content on this site is owned by NDF or its licensors and is provided for your use in connection with the services. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant NDF a licence to use it to operate the services.
Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NDF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
